Dear Team at Smile Care Cosmetic Centre,

Thank you for your outstanding service and care today. I was in need of emergency dental treatment and despite not actually being one of your registered patients you were able to fit me in at short notice and, as such, I received treatment within a few hours from when I made initial contact with you.

I think it is also important to say that I was delighted with the cost, I expected to pay a much higher price for such excellent emergency treatment and care. There is always a fear of being exploited when one is in acute pain and seeking immediate attention. I have no hesitation in recommending patients to your service, should they find themselves under similar circumstances to myself.

The clinical care was also outstanding. Practice principal Dr. Rafal Topolski took time to listen to and understand my needs and as such I felt relaxed and confident as I prepared for the extraction of a painful large molar. The procedure was fast and painless. In fact I genuinely didn`t realise that the tooth had actually been extracted. Advice on aftercare was also clear and I appreciate the leaflet which strengthens the advice give at the centre.

I was super impressed also by the ambiance created at the centre. A modern, vibrant interarea and relaxed atmosphere. I particularly like the calm and relaxing music video, played on the screen in the plush waiting room.

A very modern, professional and forward thinking service provision.
